The Platform
The Platform is being built at the former Clancy & Theys headquarters office and yard located at 600 West Cabarrus Street.
Ultimately the project is planned to include 430 units and 26,000 square feet of retail. Currently the first two stories of concrete work are underway and the pre-cast parking deck is being built.
I stopped by at the end of June to take some photos which you can see below. There are multiple small cranes on site as well as a large tower crane and small tower crane.
At 430-units The Platform is one of the largest single multifamily projects in Raleigh.

This project is really coming together! They’ll start stick soon and the next 5 floors will be done before you know it!
