Raleigh, NC (November 30, 2022) — Chef Scott Crawford is opening a new Italian/Croatian restaurant serving “Adriatic Cuisine” at Raleigh Iron Works, a mixed-use innovation hub developed by global real estate firm Jamestown and Raleigh-based developer Grubb Ventures. The restaurant, BRODETO, is expected to open in late 2023.
