The photos below are from June 3rd, 2022. As you can see the site work and underground utility work is coming along nicely at Glenlake III.
The photos below were taken on June 2nd 2022. As you can see demolition of the Cary Towne Center is almost complete. Only one building remains at the former Belk entrance facing SE Maynard Rd.
In late February 2021, I had the chance to tour John Chavis Memorial Park with Monteith Construction, the general contractor who is working on the park improvements for the City of Raleigh. The park will be reopened in a few months, and the project looks fantastic! Clearscapes is the architect.
