If you are interested in developing a real estate project in Raleigh, you will want to start building relationships with brokers. In order to help shortcut that process I have created a list of all of the brokerage firms that I know of in the area.
While having broker representation is not required in any transaction – whether you are buying, selling, or leasing – they can be a very valuable resource.
When looking for a broker to work with you want to make sure to find someone who has worked on the types of transactions you are looking to do in the area you want to develop. The job of the broker is to help their client close a transaction, so while any broker is allowed to work on any type of deal, you want a broker who has a proven track record of completing your type of deals.
Did I miss anyone? If you don’t see a firm on the list that you think I should add, shoot me a note at [email protected].
